American Energy Assets (AEA) is an Energy Conservation Company with over 25 years of
experience in developing energy programs for customers in North America. Over these years, AEA has developed a proven methodology, with supporting
technology that has saved customers millions of dollars in energy cost.
The key components of a successful energy program are:
- Utility Monitoring and Benchmarking - Supported by AEA's Internet Based software called BOB.
- Building Automation Trending and Analysis - An extension of BOB that automatically captures trending data from multiple building automation systems for comparative analysis. We call this program FastTrack.
- Operational Energy Efficiency Programs - Used for facilities with high benchmarks, this service couples on-site engineering services with FastTrack to drive a higher level of savings. We call this program OnTrack.
- Capital Programs with a high Rate of Return to fill in what cannot be captured through Operational Efficiency efforts.
While some facilities prefer to implement the program in logical steps as outlined above, others prefer to implement a comprehensive program immediately, using some or all of the above components.
