The key components of a successful energy program are:

1. Utility Monitoring and Benchmarking - Supported by AEA's Internet Based software called BOB.
2. Building Automation Trending and Analysis - An extension of BOB that automatically captures trending data from multiple building automation systems for comparative analysis. We call this program FastTrack.
3. Operational Energy Efficiency Programs - Used for facilities with high benchmarks, this service couples on-site engineering services with FastTrack to drive a higher level of savings. We call this program OnTrack.
4. Capital Programs with a high Rate of Return to fill in what cannot be captured through Operational Efficiency efforts.
